For any small business, hitting the 20-year mark is a major achievement. For restaurants that opened in 2005, that feeling seems even more potent: They’ve weathered at least one major financial crisis, endured a global pandemic, and witnessed (for better or for worse) the rise of technology that has put a camera in everyone’s pocket and social media platforms that amplify it all.
