ZAG Technical Services Exec Featured Presenter at International Association for Food Protection Annual Meeting

Addresses Infrastructure and Cybersecurity: Protecting the Data

San Jose, Calif., July 14, 2023 – Greg Gatzke, President of ZAG Technical Services (ZAG), an award-winning IT consulting firm, managed services, and IT security provider in the Ag, Food & Beverage industries, will be a featured presenter on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security: Protecting the Data, at the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP)annual meeting being held in Toronto, Canada on July 19.

With more than 25 years in managed IT services, Gatzke will share insights to help participants protect their business, data, and technology from hackers and cyberattacks. Each participant will walk away with a better understanding of the risks and responsibilities of technology infrastructure and cybersecurity in today’s cyber threat landscape. “I’m thankful that IAFP is highlighting this important topic,” Gatzke commented.

“Everyone in agriculture and the food industry is beginning to understand that cybersecurity is one of the greatest risks to today’s food supply chain,” he continued. “Businesses are under attack and there’s a mistaken belief that cybercriminals only target large, well-known companies, and in our experience, that simply isn’t true. Every business in the food supply chain is at risk. I’ll share with the audience steps you can take to protect your business and maintain the service your customers require and expect while mitigating your overall technology risk,” he concluded.

Gatzke will be delivering Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security: Protecting Data on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, from 9:30 AM to 10 AM in the 701B Room at the Metro Toronto Convention Center. To schedule an appointment to meet Gatzke one-on-one, please contact Robert Collings at rcollings@zagtech.com.
