The Bakery Group recalls Brioche Loaves and Buns because of undeclared milk, soy and Yellow #5

The Bakery Group of Dallas, TX, is recalling specific lots of its Dense Brioche Pullman Loaves and 4.5-inch Brioche Hamburger Buns because of undeclared milk, soy and Yellow FD&C #5 (tartrazine), which may pose a serious or life-threatening risk to individuals with allergies or severe sensitivities to these ingredients.

The company identified the issue as human error in its labeling and packaging department. The affected products were distributed between Dec. 24, 2024, and March 12, 2025, through wholesale channels to Ben E. Keith in Fort Worth, TX, and Rodeo Goat Casa Linda in Dallas, TX.
