Better-for-you bagels and snack bars, flavorful pistachio kernels, and non-alcoholic sparkling rosé join this week’s lineup of new food and beverages.
BetterBrand: New Flavors of The Better Bagel
BetterBrand announced the launch of two new flavors of The Better Bagel — The Pretzel and The Sesame.
Like other varieties of The Better Bagel, the new additions are designed to taste and toast like a regular bagel, but contain 250% more protein and 90% fewer carbs. They’re also made with non-GMO, all-natural ingredients and no added sugar.
Pricing for the new varieties starts at $16 for four bagels.
Setton Farms: Tajín Chili and Lime Seasoned Pistachio Kernels
Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella, Inc. recently partnered with chili powder brand Tajín to launch Tajín Chili and Lime Seasoned Pistachio Kernels.
The flavor — a combination of chili peppers, lime, and sea salt — pairs well with Setton’s high-nutrient, premium pistachios. Like Setton’s other seasoned kernels, the new product is Kosher, Certified Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Project Verified, and vegan.
The Chili and Lime flavor will be available through nationwide retailers in 5-ounce and 20-ounce resealable bags.
BelliWelli: Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate
Gut health brand BelliWelli announced its latest flavor of better-for-you snack bars — Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate.
The new flavor features peanut butter, peanut chunks, chocolate chips, and quinoa crisps. Like the brand’s other varieties, it’s gluten- and dairy-free, packed with probiotics, and low FODMAP certified.
Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate bars will first be available exclusively at Sprouts nationwide for $2.99, and later added to direct-to-consumer channels like Amazon.
Chopin: Bartender’s Choice Vodka
Vodka brand Chopin announced the launch of Bartender’s Choice, a 119.5 proof, or 59.8% ABV, rye vodka.
The new vodka, which won the “Chilled 100 Bartender Seal of Approval” for 2023 from Chilled Magazine, offers a fuller flavor profile, making it ideal for cocktails. It’s made from just rye, water, and yeast and distilled at Chopin’s distillery in Krzesk, Poland.
Bartender’s Choice is available for purchase through the brand’s website for $34.99, and will soon come to various retailers and leader bars nationwide.
Proxies: Canned Sparkling Rosé
Proxies released its first canned beverage — non-alcoholic Sparkling Rosé Cans — this week, ready to take along for summer trips to the pool, picnics, and barbecues.
The brand’s sparkling rosé is a blend of riesling and strawberries, white tea, and lime zest and is designed to be dry, high-acid, and slightly savory.
The new product is available for purchase through Proxies’ website for $30.00 per six-pack of 250mL cans.
