Cassandra Cook joins Springside Cheese® leadership team as new Retail Experience Director

PUEBLO, CO November 11, 2024 – Springside Cheese welcomes Cassandra Cook as its new Retail Experience Director. Cook will oversee the entirety of the retail team at both locations in Oconto Falls, WI, and Pueblo, CO. Based in Pueblo, Cook will expound upon ideas to improve the retail experience and collaborate with the leadership team to develop growth and marketing strategies that align with Springside Cheese’s goals. 

Cook brings proven leadership and a specialized focus on customer service to the Springside team, backed by 20 years of experience with a prominent grocery chain. In her previous role, she managed multiple district-level locations, overseeing sales, shrink, merchandising, messaging, and staff development. Her extensive background in food service will support Springside Cheese’s mission to redefine the dairy farm and deepen the connection between people and their food.
