Springtime brings refreshing drinks, spicy sauces, and crunchy chips to this week’s roundup of new food and beverage products. 

Poppi: Grape Flavored Prebiotic Soda

Poppi is adding a new nostalgic Grape flavor to their line of better-for-you prebiotic sodas. 

The Grape flavor is a healthy, refreshing beverage with hints of lemon for a unique taste. Each can is made with real ingredients, including 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar, and contains 2 grams of prebiotic dietary fiber, less than 25 calories, and less than 5 grams of sugar. 

Suggested retail price for the new flavor is $28.99 per 12-pack.

Brisk: Blood Orange Iced Tea

Blood Orange is the latest flavor to join the Brisk iced tea lineup, blending the bold, tangy citrus flavor with the brand’s classic iced tea. 

The new variety is now available at major nationwide retailers. 

Breckenridge Brewery: Yerba Mate Tea Hard Seltzers

Breckenridge Brewery announced the launch of its Good Company Yerba Mate Tea Hard Seltzers.

The new 5% ABV hard seltzer line is available in four fruit flavors — Yuzu, Mixed Berry, Orange, and Blueberry — and blended with Yerba Mate tea. Varieties are sold in packs of 12.

Cholula: Reserva Tequila & Lime

The latest hot sauce to join Cholula’s lineup is Cholula Reserva Tequila & Lime. 

The tequila-blended hot sauce is made with 100% agave tequila and a blend of chile de arbol and piquín peppers to add some flare to drinks and dishes. It’s available for purchase in 5 fl oz bottles.

Heinz: Spicy Sauces

Heinz is introducing four spicy sauce products to its portfolio, including the first-ever Heinz Hot 57 Sauce and three Spicy Ketchup flavors — Chipotle (medium), Jalapeño (hot), and Habanero (hotter).

Heinz Hot 57 Sauce blends the brand’s classic 57 sauce with spicy jalapeños and is the first new Heinz 57 product in 10 years. The Spicy Ketchup products allow consumers to add their choice of heat-level to create unique flavor experiences. 

The new spicy sauces will be rolling out to major retailers nationwide.

The a2 Milk Company: Grassfed Whole & Reduced Fat Milk

Premium milk brand The a2 Milk Company is launching its first grassfed milk products in the U.S. — Grassfed Whole Milk and Grassfed 2% Reduced Fat Milk.

The new milk products are Certified Regenerative by AGW, Non-GMO Project Verified, and Validus Certified for animal welfare. The brand’s grassfed milk comes from cows that naturally produce only the A2 protein, which may help avoid stomach discomfort.

Both grassfed milk varieties are available at major natural food retailers, like Whole Foods Market and Sprouts, and on Amazon. 

Herr’s: Sandwi-chips

Herr’s Inc. is releasing a limited-edition, condiment flavored chip line catering to the tradition of adding chips to sandwiches — Sandwi-chips. 

Ketchup, Mustard, and Sweet Onion Sandwi-chips flavors will be available in single-serve bags at retailers selling Herr’s, and a Spicy Pickle flavor will be available exclusively at Wawa. 

Just Pure Foods: Tomato Chips

Just Pure Foods is turning tomatoes into a go-to snack with its new Tomato Chips in Spicy Jalapeño, Cheesy, and Barbecue varieties. 

The better-for-you snacks are dried at a low temperature, never baked or fried. With only 50 or 60 calories per bag, the chips are designed to curb cravings and boost energy without extra calories. They’re gluten-, allergen-, and nut-free, as well as vegan, keto-friendly, and non-GMO.

Tomato Chips are available on Amazon for $19.99 per 8-pack but can also be purchased at Ralphs Supermarkets and Bristol Farms in California.
