This week’s new food products include an organic pho base, finishing sugars for the holidays, and seasonal cottage cheese.

Better Than Bouillon: Organic Beef Pho Base

Better Than Bouillon® is launching its latest innovation: Organic Beef Pho Base.

Making it easier for consumers to prepare pho broth at home, the new Pho Base is the latest addition to the brand’s Culinary Collection and is made with beef stock, roasted beef, ginger, and anise. Like Better Than Bouillon’s other products, it’s made with premium ingredients and is free from artificial colors, preservatives, or flavors.

Organic Beef Pho Base will be exclusively available at Costco Wholesale in select locations this fall, packaged in 21-ounce jars (100 servings).

McCormick: Holiday Finishing Sugars

The McCormick® brand is gearing up for the holidays with six limited-edition Holiday Finishing Sugars: Candy Cane, English Toffee, Salted Caramel, Hot Cocoa, Gingerbread Spice, and White Frosting.

Priced at $2.40 each, the Finishing Sugars will be available at grocery retailers nationwide starting this October, while supplies last.

Good Culture: Organic Pumpkin & Spice Cottage Cheese

Good Culture is introducing its first-ever seasonal flavor with Organic Pumpkin & Spice Cottage Cheese.

The new product is made with real pumpkin, live and active cultures, and simple ingredients sourced from pasture-raised cows. It’s USDA Organic and contains 16 grams of protein.

Organic Pumpkin & Spice Cottage Cheese is available exclusively at Whole Foods Market nationwide for a limited time, priced at $2.29 per 5-ounce cup.
